About the Author
Dr. Jameson Taylor is the Director of Policy and Research at the John William Pope Civitas Institute. Jameson is the author of numerous articles on a wide range of pro-life and family issues; he has also authored and coauthored several books and policy guides. His work has appeared in a variety of magazines, journals and websites, including Catholic Digest, Catholic Exchange, Citizen, Clements' International Report, Faith & Reason, Our Sunday Visitor and This Rock magazine. He has also taught philosophy at Christendom College and holds distinction as a three-time Earhart Fellow, a Publius Fellow with the Claremont Institute, and an E.A. Morris Fellow. Dr. Taylor holds an A.B. in government from Bowdoin College and a Ph.D. from the Institute of Philosophic Studies at the University of Dallas, where he wrote his dissertation on Karol Wojtyla's The Acting Person. Dr. Taylor's interests include bioethics, personalism, family and life issues, and American politics.
